This bi-weekly, one-on-one journey offers a supportive and gentle space to reconnect with your inner child over three months. Each session is guided at your pace and designed to build safety, awareness, and self-trust. Together, we explore patterns, emotional responses, and unmet needs rooted in earlier experiences, using grounding practices, guided reflection, visualization, and compassionate dialogue. You can expect a steady, nurturing process that helps you develop a deeper relationship with yourself, strengthen emotional regulation, and soften self-criticism. This work is not about reliving the past, but about meeting yourself with understanding, learning new ways to respond to old triggers, and creating a sense of inner stability you can carry into daily life.
